Guidelines for Screenshot Taking
• Press the ' - ' key (the minus key) on your keypad to take a screenshot of what you currently see oon your computer screen. That includes location of your pointer, brightness settings, etc.
• Move your cursor to a corner of the screen. Many people, myself included, have a tendency to put their cursors near the center of the screen as they take a screenshot.
• Hit F10 to switch views so that your console disappears, if possible.
• Use the various different views to get a different angle (cycle through the views using F9).

Sending Screenshots
1. Find the screenshots in your base EQ directory (default is C:\Program Files\Everquest).
2. Double-click the screenshot to open it in a paint program, and then go to File > Save As...
3. Select a directory to save it in, and use the drop menu (a field at the bottom of the window that says Type, it should currently say Bitmap or .bmp) to change the format of the picture to .jpg .
4. Save the file somewhere that you'll remember. It should be saved as a .jpg .
5. Open up your mail client and fill it out as normal. Send to this address
6. Find and select the Add Attachment button in your mail client (if you can't find this, I can't help you).
7. Select the screenshot which you prepared earlier.
8. Send the e-mail (hehe...umm...if you couldn't figure out this step, please don't get too close to the computer anymore, it might hurt you).
